Hill Street Cottage is a traditional 2 bedroom seaside cottage situated just a few minutes walk from the seafront and picturesque harbour of the small, unspoilt village of Portpatrick. This property has free Wifi with new modern SMART TV.
The property sleeps up to 4 adults with two bedrooms, one double and one twin. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The open-plan lounge/diner offers modern Samsung flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon TV as standard. There is a new feature living flame electric fire with mood lighting for those darker evenings. The dining area caters for up to 4 adults with an additional breakfast room. The property is centrally heated throughout with front and rear door access to outside private garden patio area and additional garage storage space for bikes and outdoor clothing. You’ll have the cottage to yourself and we undertake an Enhanced Cleaning Regime.
Hill Street is a cul-de-sac with free, on-street parking. Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the cottage - although those who want to indulge can do so in the rear patio area.

About our fabulous space
Hill Street Cottage offers real privacy from other holiday makers who wander around the village as we are situated in a no access road - which means no one is peeking through the window as they pass by - situated perfectly, if we say so ourselves.
Just pop you head out the front door and you can see the waves roll in.... a few steps further and you can be sitting in one of our many pubs and hotels, tea rooms or indeed browsing in the local bakery section of our local shop for afternoon treats.
We supply good coffee, tea and sugar, packed lunch boxes and flask for those last minute picnics and of course a wee treat basket to welcome you to our lovely cottage and start your relaxing stay with a smile.
Our outdoor space is very private and secure where we supply a good charcoal BBQ and other little touches that will make your stay that little bit special.
We are very pet friendly and welcome without any additional charges, well behaved dogs and respectful owners, or indeed well behaved owners and respectful dogs. We can pop out dog bowls, beds and toys to keep our four legged friends happy and of course the garage space that is linked to the cottage is fabulous for when you return from long walks with muddy boots and muddy paws.
This garage area is a safe and secure storage space with a door directly from the cottage so it is also perfect for motor bikes, pedal bicycle's, push chairs and much more.
